Lisbon-born cuisiner and gourmand Diogo Veladas honed his craft in some of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens — including Ocean, Arpège, Willows Inn and Manzke. Blending technique with global influences and inspired by his Portuguese roots, he brings his distinctive style to Los Angeles.

Diogo’s family hails from Alentejo, in southern Portugal, region famed for its rustic cuisine and generous use of pennyroyal - the minty herb known as poejo.
